In addition, sewer permits allocated herein to scat- <br /> tered single family lots shall be issued only to owners <br /> of said lots and on the basis of first-cone first served. <br /> The Chief Building Inspector shali be shown, by the <br /> applicant, a deed or other legal entitlement establish- <br /> ing the applicant as the owner of the property eligible <br /> for a permit. As used in this section "owner" includes <br /> joint tenants, tenants in common, partnerships, corpora- <br /> tions, or individuals. <br />Section 4. Allocation. The following allocation of 140 single <br /> family dwelling unit equivalent sewer connections, shall <br /> exist for one year from the effective date of this reso- <br /> lution, unless change] by action of the City Council: <br /> <br /> a. Single Family- 64 single family dwelling units <br /> allocated: <br /> 1. H. C. Elliott, Inc., Vintage Hills 40 <br /> 2. Scattered lots (one to owner) 24 <br />b. Multiple - 41 single family dwelling unit <br /> equivalents. <br /> c. Commercial - 35 single family dwelling unit <br /> equivalents. <br /> d. Industrial - Continued allocation of previously <br /> allocated 5 single family dwelling unit <br /> equivalents which are specifically reserved <br /> for the properties belonging to the City and <br /> County of San Francisco. <br /> e. Miscellaneous - Allocations previously made <br /> but not yet used: <br /> 1. 3.3 equivalent units reserved for the United <br /> Presbyterian Community Church. <br /> 2. Morrison Homes - 1 equivalent unit. <br /> 3. Unspecified single family lot - 1 equivalent <br /> unit. <br /> <br />Section 5. Timing. The sewer connections allocated herein shall <br /> be subject to the following time constraints: <br /> <br />Single Family Units. Except as otherwise <br />expressly provided by the City Council, the <br />required sewer connection fee for single family <br />units shall be paid to the Building Division of <br />the Department of Community Development within <br />60 days of the adoption of this resolution. The <br />necessary building plans must be submitted to <br />the aforementioned department for plan checking <br />and review within said 60 day period. Any units <br />which have not been requested within 60 days <br />from the date of the adoption of this resolution <br />shall be subject to re-allocation to any other <br />use category set forth herein at the discretion <br />of the City Council.
