CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-108 A RESOLUTION SPECIFICALLY ALLOCATING 140 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNIT EQUIVALENT SEWER CONNECTIONS AT THE SUNOL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE SUNOL SEWER SERVICE AREA WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-83 (A Resolu- tion Establishing On An Interim Basis, A Method For Allocating Additional Single Family Dwelling Unit Equiv- alent Sewer Connections At The Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant for Properties Located Within The Sunol Service Area) governing sewer allocations in the Sunol sewer service area; and Resolution No. 76-83 does not specifically enumerate projects eligible for sewer connections or the number of units to be assigned to each use category set forth therein; and Resolution No. 76-83 authorizes the City Council to determine by separate resolution the exact number of units to be allocated for each use category specified in said resolution; and at its meeting of April 11, 1977, the City Council determined to allocate a potential of 140 single family dwelling unit equivalent sewer units at the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as "Sunol or "Sunol STP"); and the Council considered how said units should be allocated among potential uses within the Sunol sewer service area; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section Section Section 1. Resolution No. 76-83. The specific allocation of single family dwelling unit equivalent sewer connections as set forth herein, is subject to the provisions of Resolution No. 76-83 (A Resolution Establishing On An Interim Basis, A Method For Allocating Additional Single Family Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer Connections At The Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant For Properties Located Within The Sunol Service Area) and the provisions of this resolution. 2. Review. The allocations set forth herein shall be subject to City Council review not less than six months from the effective date of this resolution, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 of Resolution No. 76-83. 3. Eligibility. All projects, in order to be eligible for permits pursuant to this resolution shall comply with the provisions of Section 6 of Resolution No. 76-83.
