Section 3. That the City Manager of the City of Pleasanton be, <br /> and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to execute <br /> in the name of the City of Pleasanton all necessary <br /> applications, contracts, and agreements and amendments <br /> hereto to implement and carry out the purposes specified <br /> in this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 4.
