Effective April 1, 1978, the uniform allowance for employees assigned to <br />the classifications of Police Clerk, Police Assistant, and PBX Operator/ <br />Receptionist shall be increased to One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($130.00) <br />per year, such allowance to be paid in one payment in April. <br /> <br />7. The Personnel Rules, Section 1109 Holidays shall be amended by the <br /> deletion of "everyday on which an election is held throughout the State" <br /> and a floating holiday shall be substituted therefore. One (1) floating <br /> holiday shall be credited to each employee on July 1 of each year to be <br /> observed on a date mutually agreed to by the individual employee and the <br /> department head. Such floating holiday shall be scheduled at least <br /> fifteen (15) days prior to the observance of such floating holiday and <br /> once scheduled may not he changed unless mutually agreed by the employee <br /> and the department head. Such floating holiday shall be taken in the fiscal <br /> year in which it is credited. <br />8. The City shall implement a voluntary payroll deduction option for those <br /> employees who wish to join the City and County Employees Credit Union for <br /> the purposes of transacting business with such City and County Employees <br /> Credit Union. <br /> <br />The City shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of establishing <br />flexible working hour arrangements. The City shall advise the Association <br />of the procedures involved no later than November 1, 1977, allowing the <br />Association the opportunity to provide input through a designated repre- <br />sentative. The findings of the study shall be made available to the <br />Association by January I, 1978, unless extended by mutual consent of <br />both parties. The City shall not be obligated to take action based upon <br />the results of this study. <br /> <br /> It is mutually recommended that the modifications shown above be made <br />applicable on the dates indicated and, in conjunction with the existing un- <br />modified rules, regulations and ordinances of the City, shall constitute the <br />wages, hours and working conditions for those employees represented by <br />Pleasanton City Employees Association for the period July 1, 1977, through <br />September 30, 1978. <br /> <br />Dated: July 20, 1977 <br /> <br />PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ! <br /> <br /> <br />
