Effective April 1, 1978, the uniform allowance for employees assigned to the classifications of Police Clerk, Police Assistant, and PBX Operator/ Receptionist shall be increased to One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($130.00) per year, such allowance to be paid in one payment in April. 7. The Personnel Rules, Section 1109 Holidays shall be amended by the deletion of "everyday on which an election is held throughout the State" and a floating holiday shall be substituted therefore. One (1) floating holiday shall be credited to each employee on July 1 of each year to be observed on a date mutually agreed to by the individual employee and the department head. Such floating holiday shall be scheduled at least fifteen (15) days prior to the observance of such floating holiday and once scheduled may not he changed unless mutually agreed by the employee and the department head. Such floating holiday shall be taken in the fiscal year in which it is credited. 8. The City shall implement a voluntary payroll deduction option for those employees who wish to join the City and County Employees Credit Union for the purposes of transacting business with such City and County Employees Credit Union. The City shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of establishing flexible working hour arrangements. The City shall advise the Association of the procedures involved no later than November 1, 1977, allowing the Association the opportunity to provide input through a designated repre- sentative. The findings of the study shall be made available to the Association by January I, 1978, unless extended by mutual consent of both parties. The City shall not be obligated to take action based upon the results of this study. It is mutually recommended that the modifications shown above be made applicable on the dates indicated and, in conjunction with the existing un- modified rules, regulations and ordinances of the City, shall constitute the wages, hours and working conditions for those employees represented by Pleasanton City Employees Association for the period July 1, 1977, through September 30, 1978.
