Effective JanUary 1, 1978, the maximum amount shall <br />be increased to Nineteen Dollars ($19.00) per month per employee. <br /> <br />Employees may be compensated for overtime worked either by monetary payment <br />or by compensatory time off, at the option of the employee. Compensatory <br />time shall accrue at the rate of one and one-half times the overtime hours <br />worked. ComDensatory time off which accrues in excess of forty (40) hours <br />must be liquidated by monetary payment. All monetary payments for overtime <br />must be paid not later then the next Bi-weekly payroll following the pay <br />period in which the overtime was worked. Utilization of compensatory time <br />off shall be by mutual agreement between the department head and the employee. <br /> <br />Sewage Treatment Plant employees who are assigned to and are working a daily <br />tour of duty which starts between 3:00 P.M. and 1:00 A.M., shall be paid <br />Thirty Cents (30¢) per hour in addition to their base rate for all hours <br />worked during such shift. <br /> <br /> <br />
