Manager and representatives of Pleasanton City Employees Association dated <br /> <br />July 20, 1977, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference <br />is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton subject to the <br />terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> <br />Section 2. The employee class titles and salary ranges to be paid by the City <br />of Pleasanton during the period commencing July 1, 1977, and ending September <br />30, 1978, shall be as set forth in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 3. The 1977-78 Preliminary Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 4. Resolution No. 75-143 is hereby repealed as are any other resolu- <br />tions predating this resolution which pertain to wage and benefit provisions <br />for employees represented by Pleasanton City Employees Association. <br /> <br />Section 5. If any sections, subsaction, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, <br />clause or phrase of this resolution or any part thereof is for any reason held <br />to be unconstitutional, such decision shall .not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this resolution or any part thereof. The City Council <br />hereby declared that it would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision, <br />paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that <br />any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, paragraphs, sentences, <br />clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />adoption. <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> / <br />Approved as to Form: <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective upon its passage and <br /> R~BE~ C.
