CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-192 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH CHABOT COLLEGE FOR EMT <br />TRAINING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City desires educational service for Emergency Medical <br />Technician 1 Training (EMT 1) from Chabot College for <br />certain employees of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the College is willing to provide those services for the <br />consideration and under the conditions in the agreement <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, funds for these services are provided by the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the agreement with Chabot College for Emergency <br /> Medical Technician 1 Training. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes appropriate City Officials to execute said <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3.
