CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-187 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FROM MARK LAWRENCE FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR SKATE WORLD ON JOHNSON INDUS- TRIAL DRIVE. WHEREAS, Mr. Mark Lawrence has received approval from the City Plan- ning Commission for a conditional use permit to construct a skate board park entitled, Skate World, in the Johnson In- dustrial Drive area; and WHEREAS, Mr. Lawrence has requested a private sewage disposal system to serve the above property since sewage capacity is not available at the Valley Community Services District Plant, which serves this area; and WHEREAS, Mr. Lawrence's request was considered by the City Council at its meeting of July 11, 1977. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council approves the request by Mark Lawrence for a holding tank to serve "Skate World" on Johnson Indus- trial Drive, subject to the following conditions: That the property owner enter into a standard holding tank agreement with the City prior to issuance of a building permit for this development. The mayor is authorized to execute said agreement subject to approval by the City Attorney. 2. That approval be granted for a one year period. That applicant acknowledge in writing, prior to issu- ance of a building permit, his understanding of the time limit of this approval and that the City Council is not obligated to automatically grant approval for continued use of the holding tank. That the holding tank be pumped out at least once every fourteen (14) days and as frequently as may be required to properly dispose of the sewage generated by this development. 5. That detailed plans showing the location, construc- tion materials and details, as well as all other pertinent data concerning this holding tan~ be submitted to and ap- proved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance of a building permit. This information should include plans for the future connection to the sewer system and a quantity and cost estimate for this future connection.
