CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-186 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JACK BRAS FOR <br />AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE FIVE HERITAGE TR~-q AT 418 ROSE AVERagE, <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton requires that prior to the removal of any <br />Heritage Tree a permit must be obtained from the City Council; and <br /> <br />Jack Bras, on behalf of his client, has made application to the City <br />for approval to remove five Heritage Trees located at 418 ROse Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, to permit the construction of a seven-unit apartment build- <br />ing; end <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of July 11, 1977, considered the <br />report of the Director of Engineering Services dated July 6, 1977, <br />reccrmending approval of the application. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby grants permission to Jack Bras to remove the <br /> Heritage Trees referred to in the report of the Director of Engineering <br /> Services dated July 6, 1977, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
