(c) responsibility for review and issuance of building <br /> permits; <br /> <br /> (d) responsibility for supervising subordinate personnel <br /> in ~the performance of duties associated with the <br /> inspection of buildings and structures, and per- <br /> forming field inspections, as necessary; <br /> <br /> (e) responsibility for enforcement of City Zoning Code; <br /> <br /> (f) responsibility for coordinating activities of <br /> Inspection Services Division with other City <br /> departments and outside public agencies; <br /> <br /> (g) responsibility for supervising, assigning work to, <br /> evaluating the performance of subordinate per- <br /> sonnel, and making recommendations regarding <br /> personnel actions; <br /> <br /> (h)responsibility for preparation of records as <br /> required; and <br /> <br /> (i) responsibility for performing related duties as <br /> required. <br /> <br /> 3. Duration of Employment. The term of employment shall begin <br />on the date of execution 0f this contract and end on November 1, 1977, <br />subject, however, to prior termination as provided herein. <br /> <br /> 4. Compensation. City shall employ Employee and Employee agrees <br />to accept from City for full payment for Employee's services hereunder <br />the following compensation: <br /> <br /> (a) Salary. $12.50 per hour for each hour worked. <br /> <br /> 5. Conditions of Employment. .This position shall be considered <br />part-time. The Director of Public Works shall determine the hours <br />and schedule to be worked by Employee. <br /> <br /> 6. Termination. This agreement may be terminated by either <br />party at any time on five (5) days written notice to the other party. <br />upon termination of this agreement, compensation earned to the date <br />of such termination shall be in full satisfaction of all claims <br /> <br />against City under this agreement. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
