a. Appropriate $38,000 from the Capital Improvement <br /> Fund for Amador Con~nunity park. <br />b. Reduce the appropriation for Sports Park $13,000. <br />c. Eliminate the $12,500 appropriation for Mission <br /> Hills Park. <br />d. Eliminate the $12,500 appropriation for Vintage <br /> Hills Park. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the City Council does approve a building program <br /> as submitted by the Council Building Committee to construct <br /> an addition to City Hall, construct a City Council Chambers, <br /> and to begin the initial planning for a new Police Building, <br /> and that funds be appropriated from the General Fund <br /> to finance the Program as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Appropriate $240,000 for the construction of additional <br /> office space and Council Chambers on the Civic Center <br /> site. <br />b. Appropriate $40,000 for planning, engineering and <br /> architectural drawings for a Police Building on the <br /> Civic Center site. <br /> <br />Section 5. That the City Council does intend to maintain a reserve <br /> equivalent to approximately seven percent (7%) of the total <br /> General Fund operating budget. <br /> <br />Section 6. That the City Council does approve the transfer of <br /> the Federal Revenue Sharing Funds to be received during <br /> 1977-78 to the General Fund to be expended for public <br /> safety. <br /> <br />Section 7.
