NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the proposed agreement between East Bay Dis- <br /> chargers Authority and Livermore-Amador Water Management <br /> Agency for participation in East Bay Dischargers Authority <br /> interceptor-outfall system as submitted to the City Council <br /> at its meeting of July 25, 1977, subject to review by and <br /> approval by the City Attorney and the Pleasanton LAVWMA <br /> representatives of any modifications to Paragraph 10, <br /> Exhibit B and any other modifications requested by the <br /> other participating agencies. <br /> <br />Section 2.
