NO. 77-234 <br />Page 2. <br /> <br />That the holding tank be pumped out at least <br />once every fourteen (14) days and as frequently <br />as may be required to properly dispose of sew- <br />age generated by this development. <br /> <br />The detailed plan showing the location, construc- <br />tion materials and details as well as all other <br />pertinent data concerning this holding tank, be <br />submitted to and approved by the Director of <br />Engineering Services prior to issuance of a build- <br />ing permit. <br /> <br />That a 5,000 gallon holding tank be used instead <br />of the 4,000 gallon tank proposed by the appli- <br />cant. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a holding tank agree- <br /> ment approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 3.
