EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />For the period commencing July 1, 1977, and ending June 30, 1978, the Salary <br />Ranges and Fringe Benefits for Management Employees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />I. Salary Ranges <br /> <br />Position Salary Range <br />Assistant CityManager/Director of Public Works $2151 - 2689 <br />Assistant to the City Manager (Finance 1704 - 2130 <br />Assistant to the City Manager (Personnel 1470 - 1837 <br />Chief Building Inspector 1704 - 2130 <br />Director of Engineering Services 1746 - 2183 <br />Director of Planning 1746 - 2183 <br />Director of Public Safety 2109 - 2636 <br />Director of Public Works Field Services 1896 - 2370 <br />Director of Recreation and Human Resources 1491 - 1864 <br />Fire Chief 1920 - 2400 <br />Fire Prevention Officer 1449 - 1811 <br />Police Chief 1810 - 2263 <br />Police Lieutenant 1662 - 2077 <br />Public Works Field Superintendents (3) 1746 - 2183 <br /> <br />II. Fringe Benefits <br /> <br />A. Fully paid medical, dental, long term disability and life insurance <br /> premiums. <br /> <br />Two days administrative leave per fiscal year not to be taken in <br />conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimbursed at end of <br />fiscal year if not taken. <br /> <br />Payment of up to five (5) days accumulated vacation, said payment to <br />be made at the end of the calendar year provided the employee's current <br />year's vacation entitlement has been used and provided that the total <br />amount of accumulated vacation is in excess of twenty (20) days. <br /> <br />D. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in <br /> the City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br />Deletion of each statewide election day as a holiday, as set forth in <br />Section 1109 of the Personnel Rules, and substituting therefore one (1) <br />floating holiday to be credited each employee on July 1 of each year. <br />Said floating holiday to be observed in the fiscal year in which it is <br />credited. <br /> <br />F. Vehicle Useage/Allowance <br /> <br />Unrestricted use by the Assistant City Manager/Director of Public <br />Works and Director of Public Safety of a vehicle furnished by the <br />City, provided the Assistant City Manager and the Director of Public <br />Safety license said vehicle and pay for any gasoline related to <br />personal use thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
