CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-228 AUTHORIZING RETENTION OF DAVID DeVOE AS APPRAISER FOR INTERCEPTOR PROJECT WHEREAS , City is contemplating the construction of an interceptor sewer line from its Sunol Plant to Valley Community Services District Plant; and WHEREAS, a project has been selected which will require the acquisition of right-of-way from private parties; and WHEREAS, it is desired to retain the services of a qualified appraiser to assist the City in the acquisition of the required right-of-way; and WHEREAS, David DeVoe has informed City of his qualifications to perform the appraisal services required and his interest in acquiring the job; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1977, received and reviewed an agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, regarding the rentention of David DeVoe as appraiser to perform appraisal services for City's interceptor sewer line. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the rentention of David DeVoe as appraiser for properties to be acquired for the Pleasanton Interceptor Project. Section 2. The fee is not to exceed $40,000. Section 3. Authorizes the Mayor to execute said contract. Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
