Page 2. _ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-~' <br /> <br />Lighting levels on other residential streets <br />will be reduced to 3,500 lumen lights at mid- <br />block and 7,500 at intersections and curves. <br /> <br />Special Areas - Lighting levels in special areas <br />such as downtown and at several major intersections <br />would be specifically reviewed and lighting levels <br />reduced when safety, security and the area character <br />would not be adversely affected. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Manager and staff will return to the City Council, <br /> within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days of the adoption of <br /> this resolution, to provide specific standards relating to <br /> the provision of lighting in new subdivisions. <br /> <br />Section 3.
