meeting of September 14, 1977, pursuant to Government <br />Code ~65402(a). <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes and directs the City Manager to contact the <br /> County Tax Collector requesting that the Alameda County <br /> Tax Collector remove the property set forth in Exhibit A <br /> (Account No. 941-1302-2-19) from the proposed October 28, <br /> 1977 delinquent tax sale. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorizes the purchase of the property set forth in <br /> Exhibit A of 13.85 acres, more or less, for the minimum <br /> price of $18,500.00 and appropriates said sum from the <br /> unallocated reserve established in the 1977-78 City budget. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br /> Authorizes the Mayor or City Manager, subject to approval <br />of the City Attorney, to execute any agreements or other <br />documents necessary to acquire the 13.85± acre parcel of <br />property set forth in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 5.
