Page 2 <br />Resolution No. 77-242 <br /> <br />Small treatment systems may be considered for <br />new commercial or industrial developments <br />either as temporary or permanent solutions with <br />the same technical qualifications as stated in <br />Section C of the draft report. Management and <br />operation should be under permit from an existing <br />public agency already providing this type of <br />service. <br /> <br />The use of septi~ tanks should be in accordance <br />with the policy adopted by City Resolution <br />No. 77-120. <br /> <br />Section 2. The staff is authorized to transmit a copy of this resolu- <br /> tion to the Alameda County Planning Department and Board of <br /> Supervisors informing them of the opposition of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to the approval of any type of package treatment <br /> plants which is not consistent with the City Council"s <br /> policy. <br /> <br />Section 3.
