The exemption, if granted, shall remain in <br />effect unless and until a position within the <br />agency is added or the duties of an existing <br />position are so changed to result in the need <br />for establishing a Conflict of Interest Code <br />pursuant to Fair Political Practices Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
