Resolution No. 77-299 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />and Environmental Impact Reports and determines that the <br />proposed rezoning requested in RZ-77-13 would not have any <br />significant effects on the environment to require the <br />preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br />Section 2. Although the Initial Study identified certain impacts <br /> upon diverse enviromental factors, these impacts are not <br /> significant. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determina- <br /> tion to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution <br /> No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 4.
