RESOLUTION NO. 77-314 <br />Page 2. " <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council reviewed the contents of Resolution <br /> No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures) <br /> as they pertain to the requirements for Negative Declara- <br /> tions and Environmental Impact Reports and determines that <br /> the proposed General Plan Amendment requested in GP-77-5 <br /> would not have any significant effects on the environment <br /> to require the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br />Section 2. Although the Initial Study identified certain impacts <br /> upon diverse environmental factors, these impacts are not <br /> significant. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determi- <br /> nation to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution <br /> No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 4.
