CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-312 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />DEDICATION FROM EARL AND BARBARA ADAMS (3675 OLD SANTA <br />RITA ROAD) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Earl and Barbara Adams were required as a condition of approval <br />of R-77-31, June 8, 1977, dedicate a two foot wide strip of <br />land across the frontage of their parcel at 3675 Old Santa <br />Rita Road for widening of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a grant deed was executed by Earl and Barbara Adams to the <br />City of Pleasanton conveying said two foot wide strip of land; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of November 29, 1977, received <br />a report of November 21, 1977 from the Director of Engineering <br />Services recommending the acceptance of said right-of-way; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Accepts a grant deed from Earl and Barbara Adams to the City <br /> of Pleasanton for a two foot wide strip of land across the <br /> frontage of the parcel at 3675 Old Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. Directs the City staff to have said grant deed recorded <br /> with a recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 29 , 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br />- Brandes,.He _ihy, LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> <br />NOES: None Mayor Phllc <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> C.
