CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-312 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION FROM EARL ADAMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from Earl and <br />Barbara Adams of a two foot wide strip of land across the <br />frontage of their parcel at 3675 Old Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this widening is for street right-of-way purposes and was <br /> a condition of approval of R-77-31 dated June 8, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of November 29, 1977, <br />received a report dated November 21, 1977, from the <br />Director of Engineering Services regarding the above- <br />mentioned dedication. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The offer of dedication from Earl and Barbara Adams <br />manifested in the Grant Deed, for a two foot wide strip <br />of land across the frontage of their parcel at 3675 Old <br />Santa Rita Road, is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2. The appropriate City officials are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 3.
