Resolution No. 00-020 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PAP-06, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's approval <br />of: 1) an application for administrative design review to remodel and construct an <br />approximately 2,266 square foot one- and two-story addition to the existing 1,320 <br />square foot dwelling; and 2) an application for a modification to the design review <br />approval for a second unit to increase the overall height of the second unit from 14 <br />feet to 15 feet. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 7, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Michelotti, and Pico <br />Councilmember Dennis and Mayor Tarver <br />None <br />None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
