Page 2 <br />RESOLUTION 78-55 <br /> <br />3.(Cont.) <br />Sec. 2-10.17(b) - Materials, equipment, stock or supplies <br />used for a Home Occupation shall not occupy more than <br />one room of a dwelling or more than 50 sq.ft. of an <br />accessory building or garage. <br /> <br />Sec. 2-10.17(e) The home occupation shall be clearly <br />incidental and subordinate to the use of the structure <br />as a dwelling. <br /> <br />Sec. 2-10.17(1) - The existence of a home occupation <br />shall not be visually apparent beyond the boundaries of <br />the site. <br /> <br />4. That no clients or customers shall come to the <br />premises in connection with the home occupation. <br /> <br />5. That this permit is granted for a period of six <br />months from the date of approval, at which time the use <br />of the property as an ambulance service must cease unless <br />an extension of the use is granted by the City. <br /> <br />6. That at least two employees' automobiles be kept in <br />the garage at all times. <br /> <br />7. That Tri-Cities Ambulance actively seek a location <br />for this use in a non-residential area. <br /> <br />Section 2.
