WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-55 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AT 4195 FRANCISCO STREET, PLEASANTON FOR THE TRI-CITIES AMBULANCE COMPANY. Tri-Cities Ambulance Company applied to the Planning Commission for a home occupation permit to operate an ambulance service from a residence at 4195 Francisco Street; and the Planning Commission, at its meeting of February 27, 1978, considered the application together with the staff report of February 27, 1978, regarding this matter; and the Planning Commission denied said request; and the City Council requested that the matter be reviewed by them; and the City Council at its meeting of March 13, 1978, received a report dated March 7, 1978, from the Director of Planning together with a copy of the staff report to the Planning Commission of February 27, 1978, regarding this matter; and the City Council held a public hearing at which time applicant and any other member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this application for a home occupation permit; and WHEREAS, upon the close of public hearing, the City Council deliberated on this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Tri-Cities Ambulance Company for a temporary home occupation permit to allow the operation of an ambulance service from a residence at 4195 Francisco Street, subject to the following conditions: 1. That only one ambulance be kept at the site at any one time. 2. That the siren of the ambulance not be used until the vehicle is on Santa Rita Road. 3. That all applicable requirements of Article 20 (Home Occupations), Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, be adhered to except for the following:
