Industrial Drive from Stoneridge Drive East to the property line of that certain parcel of land owned by Vorelco of California, Inc. All work encompassed above shall be done by the Department of Transportation, State of California, and in accordance with State of California specifications. C. The land acquisition for the right-of-way required for the construction of Stoneridge Drive, East and West of 1-680, and the acquisiticL of right-of-way for Johnson Industrial Drive from Stoneridge Drive east to the property line of that certain parcel of land owned by Vorelco of California, Inc., including necessary legal, engineering, city and other incidental fee items necessary for the completion of Assessment District No. 1974-4. This Council finds that the land specially benefited by 'the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, "Amended Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-4, Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California." This map has been approved by the Council and is now on file with the City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on the map shall be designated, "Assessment District No. 1974-4, Stone- ridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the land within the described district in accordance with the special benefit to be received by each parcel of land, respectively, from the improvement. There shall be omitted from special assessment all public streets, alleys.and places and all land belonging to the United States, the State of California, and this City now in use in the performance of a public function. Where any disparity occurs in level or size between the improvement and private property, this Council determines that it is -2-
