Industrial Drive from Stoneridge Drive East <br /> to the property line of that certain parcel <br /> of land owned by Vorelco of California, Inc. <br /> All work encompassed above shall be done by the <br /> Department of Transportation, State of California, <br /> and in accordance with State of California <br /> specifications. <br /> <br /> C. The land acquisition for the right-of-way required <br /> for the construction of Stoneridge Drive, East and West of <br /> 1-680, and the acquisiticL of right-of-way for <br /> Johnson Industrial Drive from Stoneridge Drive <br /> east to the property line of that certain parcel <br /> of land owned by Vorelco of California, Inc., <br /> including necessary legal, engineering, city and <br /> other incidental fee items necessary for the <br /> completion of Assessment District No. 1974-4. <br /> <br /> This Council finds that the land specially benefited by <br /> <br />'the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, <br /> "Amended Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 1974-4, Stoneridge <br /> Center, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California." <br /> This map has been approved by the Council and is now on file with <br /> the City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on <br /> the map shall be designated, "Assessment District No. 1974-4, Stone- <br /> ridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." <br /> <br /> This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the <br /> land within the described district in accordance with the special <br /> benefit to be received by each parcel of land, respectively, from <br /> the improvement. There shall be omitted from special assessment all <br /> public streets, alleys.and places and all land belonging to the <br /> United States, the State of California, and this City now in use in <br /> the performance of a public function. <br /> <br /> Where any disparity occurs in level or size between the <br /> improvement and private property, this Council determines that it is <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
