RESOLUTION NO. 78-95 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. <br />74-76, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-4, STONE- <br />RIDGE CENTER, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />That Resolution of Intention No. 74-76, adopted by the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton on the 22nd day of April, <br /> <br />1974, be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />This Council intends to order the following improvement <br /> <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br />The design and construction of a portion of <br />Stoneridge Drive, a public street, east and <br />west of 1-680; including all engineering <br />design, construction bidding, and construc- <br />tion. Construction shall include all fine and <br />finish grading; all concrete work, including <br />curbs, gutters, and sidewalks; street paving, <br />including necessary aggregate base, subbase, <br />and asphaltic concrete; storm drainage facili- <br />ties including all conduits and relating struc- <br />tures; all monuments, barricades, street name <br />signs, traffic regulatory signs; all street <br />lighting, including electroliers and necessary <br />trenching and conduit; and all other improvements <br />and appurtenances necessary for the completion of <br />Stoneridge Drive East and West. Aforementioned <br />work shall be ~one by the Department of Trans- <br />portation, State of California, and in accordance <br />with State of California specifications. <br /> <br />The design and construction of a portion of John- <br />son Industrial Drive, a public street, including <br />site right-of-way clearings, grading, aggregate <br />base and subbase, asphaltic concrete, pavement <br />striping, street monuments, traffic regulatory <br />and street signs, concrete curbs, gutters and <br />sidewalks; drainage facilities, including conduit <br />and necessary structure; water main, including <br />valves, fittings and all necessary appurtenances; <br />street lighting, including electroliers, trenching, <br />and conduit and all other improvements and appur- <br />tenances necessary for the construction of Johnson <br /> <br /> <br />
