RESOLUTION NO. 78-82 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1974-1, 1974-2, <br /> 1974-3, 1974-4 AND 1974-5, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> As a part Of the proceedings for improvements in Assessment <br />Districts No. 1974-1, 1974-2, 1974-3, 1974-4 and 1974-5, Stoneridge <br />Center, City'of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, this City <br />Council approves that certain agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br />and STONE & YOUNGBERG, a partnership; STONERIDGE PROPERTIES, a limited <br />partnership and STONERIDGE PERIPHERAL, a joint venture, dated the 25th <br />day of April, 1978, attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City <br />Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> , , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the <br />25th day of April, 1978, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />Councilmembers None <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />CLAYTON E.
