RESOLUTION NO. 78-81 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1974-1, 1974-2, <br /> 1974-3, 1974-4 AND 1974-5, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> As a part of the proceedings for improvements in Assessment <br />Districts No. 1974-1, 1974-2, 1974-3, 1974-4 and 1974-5, Stoneridge <br />Center, City of'Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, this City <br />Council approves that certain agreement between the City of <br />Pleasanton and STONERIDGE PERIPHERAL, a joint venture; THE STONESON <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation and <br />STONERIDGE PROPERTIES, a California limited partnership, dated <br />the 25th day of April, 1978, attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City <br /> <br />authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Clerk is <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the <br /> <br /> , <br />resolution was duly and <br />City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the <br />25th day of April, 1978, by the following vote, to wit~ <br /> <br /> Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />CLAYTON E.
