RESOLUTION NO. 78-119 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council reviewed the contents of Resolution 77-66 <br /> (Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures) as they pertain <br /> to the requirements for negative declarations and environmental <br /> impact reports and determines that the proposal requested for <br /> 201 Main Street, would not have any significant effects on the <br /> environment to require the preparation of an environmental <br /> impact report. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination <br /> to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
