Page Two, Resol. 78-175 <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />That the holding tank be pumped out at least <br />one time every fourteen (14) days if monthly <br />volume exceeds 2,000 gallons. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />That detailed plans showing the location, construc- <br />tion materials and details as well as all other <br />pertinent data concerning this holding tank be <br />submitted to and approved by the Director of <br />Engineering Services prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />(7) That the capacity of the holding tank be a minimum <br /> of 5,000 gallons. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare and the <br /> Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City <br /> a holding tank agreement setting forth all the terms <br /> and conditions under which P & M Developers may operate <br /> a holding tank on their 3ol acre parcel of land on Mohr <br /> Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 3o This resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 27, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stanley Kephart <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> R.
