OWNER Owns Parcel 1 of that certain map entitled <br />"PARCEL MAP NO. 2394, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA,", etc. filed July 27, <br /> <br />at page 94, Recorder's Series No. <br />County, California. <br /> <br />1978 in Book 102 ofParce!..Maps, <br />143558, Records of Alameda <br /> <br /> Bf CITY intends to complete the designof a-street <br />improvement project on West Angela Street and call for=competitive <br />bids for the construction of said improvements. CITY requi~es <br />OWNER to participate in the construction of said improvements by <br />installing grading, curb, gutter, sidewalk, paving, tree wells, <br />and street trees along the unimproved'easterly forty-thr~e feet <br />of the north side of West Angela Street adjacent to Parcel 1 of <br />said Parcel Map, as a condition of CITY'S approval of the afore- <br />mentioned Parcel Map. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
