CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-168 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT COSTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br />PETE AND ANGELA GERARDINI <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City intends to complete the design of a street <br />improvement project on West Angela Street and call <br />for competitive bids for the construction of said <br />improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pete and Angela Gerardini are required by the City to <br />participate in the construction of said improvements as <br />a condition of the approval of Parcel Map No. 2394; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a proposed agreement regarding the street improvements on <br />West Angela Street has been prepared and presented to the <br />City Council on June 27, 1978. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves the Agreement for Reimbursement of Street <br />Improvement costs between the City of Pleasanton and <br />Pete and Angela Gerardini regarding the Street Improve- <br />ments on West Angela Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> said agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3.
