CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-197 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR PAVEMENT WIDENING, SANTA RITA ROAD AT <br />WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD, AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALL FOR BIDS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services, by his report dated <br />July 26, 1978, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications had been completed for the Pavement <br />Widening Project, Santa Rita Road at West Las Positas <br />Boulevard, and that said plans had been reviewed by staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of August 8, 1978, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Engineering <br />Services, dated July 26, 1978, relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves the plans and specifications for the Pavement <br />Widening Project, Santa Rita Road at West Las Positas <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 8, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers I.
