CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-186 <br /> <br />FIXING DATE OF PAYMENT OF PARK LAND <br />TRACT #3889 <br /> <br />IN LIEU FEES FOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Beratlis-Byrd Enterprises has filed tentative Tract 3889 <br />map for subdivision in the Mission Park area of Pleasanton; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the subdivider has requested that the City Council fix <br />the time of payment of Parkland Dedication Fees at the <br />time of payment of building permit fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton author- <br />izes the City Council to set the time of payment of park <br />fees not later than the acceptance of public improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
