CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CLAIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-186 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR UNIT #6, TRACT 3889 (BERATLIS-BYRD <br />ENTERPRISES, INC.), MISSION PARK. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Unit #6 <br />of Tract 3889 (Beratlis-Byrd Enterprises, Inc.), Mission <br />Park, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City Council <br /> at their meeting of July 25, 1978. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br />Unit #6 of Tract 3889 (Beratlis-Byrd Enterprises, Inc.), <br />Mission Park, are hereby approved and accepted and the <br />appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever <br />action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2. Approves the payment of park fees at the time of payment <br /> of building permit fees for this tract. <br /> <br />Section 3.
