WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to connnent on the <br /> proposed environmental assessment, which had previously <br /> been published in the Pleasanton Times, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council determines that on the basis of a review <br /> of initial environmental study done for this project, PUD-78-3 <br /> would not have any significant adverse effect on the environ- <br /> ment because conditions 1, 7, 33, 34 and 35 of Planning Com- <br /> mission Resolution No. 1664 would reduce those impacts to an <br /> insignificant level, and that a negative declaration is appro- <br /> priate for PUD development plan approval with regard to a <br /> fourteen acre site between Tawny Drive and Pal~ninoDrive immedi- <br /> ately east of Pico Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determin- <br /> ation to be filed pursuant to Section 5o4(g) of Resolution No. <br /> 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
