Page 2 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-242 <br /> <br />That the holding tank be pumped out at least one <br />time every (14) days if monthly volume exceeds <br />1,000 gallons. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to prepare for <br /> execution a standard holding tank agreement setting forth <br /> the City's policy and the conditions stated herein. <br /> <br />Section 3.
