11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Participate in public presentations. <br /> <br />Prepare text, drawings, exhibits, and other supporting data as required <br />by the Public Utilities Commission in connection with an Application or <br />Applications to be filed by AGENCIES requesting authority to construct <br />the Project, or portions thereof. <br /> <br />Assist in preparation and negotiation of the individual Construction and <br />Maintenance Agreements between each Member Agency and each Railroad. <br /> <br />Assist in preparation of documentation to qualify Project for an alloca- <br />tion of matching funds from the California Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />Assist AGENCIES in preparation and submission of nomination(s) to the <br />Public Utilities Commission for a position or positions on subsequent <br />annual priority lists, and, if requested, appear as expert witness on <br />behalf of AGENCIES. <br /> <br /> <br />
