Portion of Northway Road as shown on the map of Tract 2837 <br />filed August 21, 1969 in Book 63 of Maps, pages 15 to 18, <br />Alameda County Records described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the eastern end of the northerly terminus of <br />Northway Road as said road is shown on that certain map <br />entitled "Tract 2837, Garden Court Homes, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California" filed August 21, 1969 in Book 63 <br />of Maps, pages 15 through 18, Alameda County Records; running <br />thence along the northeasterly line of said Northway Road <br />along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 120.00 <br />feet from a tangent that bears south 12° 41' 00" east, through <br />a central angle of 77° 10' 00", an arc distance of 161.62 feet <br />to the point of a cusp, thence north 89° 51' 00" west 25.00 <br />feet; thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the right with <br />a radius of 95.00 feet, through a central angle of 88° 35' 40", <br />an arc distance of 146.90 feet to said northerly terminus of <br />Northway Road, thence along last named line north 77° 19' 00" <br />east 3.05 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 1126 ± Sq. feet <br /> <br />EXHBIT <br /> <br /> <br />
