Page 2 <br />RESOL. 78-266 <br /> <br />(1) An amendment to the General Plan to change the land <br />use designation of a 2 acre site located immediately <br />westerly of 4444 Black Avenue (the Methodist Church) from <br />Public and Institutional to Commercial and Offices. <br /> <br />(2) An amendment to the General Plan to change the land <br />use designation of an approximately 10 acre site located <br />on the east side of Santa Rita Road about 225 feet north <br />of Mohr Avenue from Public and Institutional to Commercial <br />and Offices. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br /> The City Council determines that these,are two of three <br />general plan amendments which are authorized annually by <br />Government Code §65361. <br /> <br />Section 3.
