CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-286 APPROVAL OF MODIFICATION BY KISMET COMPANY TO THEIR RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM APPLICATION WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of November 14, 1978, took action to downgrade zoning on two parcels in Mission Park; and WHEREAS, pursuant to that action Kismet Company should be allowed to modify their Residential Allocation Program application to reflect this change; and WHEREAS, approval of this case is subject to conditions 1 through 17 and 19 through 22 of the staff report to the Design Review Board dated July 13, 1977, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference; and WHEREAS, this project is subject to Residential Allocation Program approval and no building permits can be issued for any construction on the site until such approval has been received from the City; and WHEREAS, a rezoning of the subject site has been initiated by the City Council, Case Z-78-97 shall become null and void, if before issuance of a building permit the property is rezoned to a zoning district which prohibits the development. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves modification by Kismet Company to their Residential Allocation Program application to reflect the zoning change from RM-1500 to RM-4000 in Mission Park. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
