Holidays. Holidays shall be as set forth in Section 1109 of the <br />Personnel Rules except that; the state-wide election day is deleted <br />as a holiday, Veterans' Day shall be observed on the eleventh day <br />of the eleventh month and, two floating holidays are added to the <br />holiday schedule. The two floating holidays shall be credited to <br />each employee on July 1 of each year and be observed on a date <br />mutually agreed to by the employee and the department head. <br /> <br />Retirement System. All confidential employees shall be members of <br />the State Public Employees Retirement System. <br /> <br /> <br />
