RESOLUTION NO. 79-37 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The City Attorney is directed to prepare and the Mayor <br />is authorized to execute on behalf of the City a <br />standard septic tank agreement pursuant to the provisions <br />set forth in Resolution No. 73-139 and the conditions <br />contained in Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 3.
