RESOLUTION 79-36 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />If the staff determines that such movement <br />should be discontinued, applicant will promptly <br />install signs on the property prohibiting <br />right turns onto Hopyard Road, in accordance <br />with staff's recommendations; <br /> <br />Applicant may appeal staff's decision to the <br />City Council prior to implementing the require- <br />ments of staff; <br /> <br />Council shall have <br />over this matter. <br />abide by Council's <br /> <br />final decision making power <br />Applicant shall agree to <br />decision. <br /> <br />This agreement shall be entered into prior to issuance of <br />any building permits." <br /> <br />Section 2.
