CONSENT OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />APPROVING DESTRUCTION OF CITY RECORDS <br /> <br /> I hereby consent to the destruction of those <br />records no longer needed by the City of Pleasanton, <br />to wit: all tape recordings of Planning Commission, <br />Design Review Board and Board of Adjustment meetings <br />two years old or older. <br /> <br /> This authorization shall be filed with the <br />resolution of the City Council approving said <br />destruction. <br /> <br />April 10, 1979 <br /> <br /> <br />
