CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 79-49 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF <br />CERTAIN CITY RECORDS. <br /> <br />In accordance with Government Code §34090 the <br />City Attorney has filed his written consent <br />to the destruction of records, documents, <br />instruments, books and papers hereafter <br />described. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The tape recordings of the Planning Commission, <br /> Design Review Board and Board of Adjustment <br /> meetings that are two years old or older, are <br /> no longer required or needed. <br />Section 2. The City Council finds that the City Attorney <br /> has given his written consent to the destruction <br /> of such records and that the City Manager is <br /> authorized to have such records destroyed. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON April 10, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Kephart, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Brandes <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmember Butler <br />Abstain: None <br />Attest: ~2~_~ ~ <br /> i~'G y Clerk <br /> <br />Approved as to form <br /> <br />~Lev~ne~C~ity'Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
