(6) <br /> <br />That the geologic hazards set forth in the Environ- <br />mental Impact Report have been challenged by an <br />expert for the applicant for this PUD-78-1. Council <br />finds, based on the evidence presented by the appli- <br />cant's geologist, that the landslide potential of the <br />site is less severe than that suggested in the draft <br />Environmental Impact Report and that the conditions <br />to the approval of the project, conditions 2,3, 33 and 35 <br />in particular, will significantly mitigate the signifi- <br />cance of any geologic hazards on the site. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council directs the staff to prepare a Notice <br />of Determination and Statement of Overriding Objections. <br /> <br />Section 3.
