WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 79-150 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF FRANK CAPILLA FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR THE REMODELING OF THE OLD POST OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED AT 157 MAIN STP~ET at their meeting of July 11, 1979, the Planning Commission recommended approval of a rendering of the proposed remodeling of the old Post Office building located at 157 Main Street; and the basis for the Planning Commission action is contained in the staff report to the Planning Commission dated July 11, 1979, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and the City Council, at its meeting. of August 28, 1979, reviewed the application of Frank Capilia and therecommendation of the Planning Commission for design review approval for remodeling the old Post Office building.~. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Frank Capilla for design review of the remodeling of the Old Post Office Building located at 157 Main Street,.zoning for the property is C-C (Central Com- mercial) District, subject to the following conditions: 1) that the building be remodeled substantially as shown on the rendering, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division, and that complete elevations of the structure be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of the building permit; and 2) Section 2. This that a site plan and landscape plan be submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. resolution shall become effective immediately.
